Faith & Flightlines sells items fulfilled by different partners and locations. Print on demand merchandise is made after an order is placed. Handmade items are prepared and shipped separately.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment. For example, a print on demand item may show an estimated delivery time of 8–13 business days, including production and shipping. Times vary by item and destination and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. When they ship from different locations or providers, their shipping charges may be combined at checkout.

You will receive shipping or tracking information when it is available. If an order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us through the store’s Contact page with your order number.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and have no shipping charge. Books linked to Amazon are purchased and shipped by Amazon under the terms shown on Amazon’s checkout.
