'Kap' shares parts of his journey as a Master Sergeant and Senior NCO in the United States Air Force, while active duty and after his medical retirement. PTSD and a traumatic brain injury have altered how 'Kap' approaches life daily.
In sharing his experiences, he hopes to help other veterans, their families and civilians understand difficult parts of this journey. By bringing awareness to mental health issues in the veteran community, it is our hope that seeking help for PTSD will someday not carry the stigma that currently exists.
